Japan 2001 is a nationwide celebration of the culture and lifestyle of Japan. Japan 2001 has more than 2000 events nationwide - the largest festival of its kind in the world.
Over three million people will participate directly in the hundreds of events taking place accross the UK between May 2001 and March 2002. Japan 2001 embraces both the ordinary and the extraordinary aspects of Japan and its relationship with the UK.
